Navadhane Group operates primarily on a B2B sourcing, ingredient supply, specialty product and OEM / ODM basis. The website does not provide standard consumer e-commerce delivery services.

For confirmed commercial orders, delivery arrangements are determined according to the agreed quotation, purchase order, supply agreement or other applicable commercial documentation.

Delivery terms may depend on product specification, grade, order quantity, processing requirements, packaging, quality approval, customer location, logistics arrangements, export requirements and agreed Incoterms or other commercial terms, where applicable.

Domestic shipments may be arranged through appropriate transporters, logistics providers, courier services or other agreed shipping channels. International shipments may involve freight forwarders, carriers, customs documentation and other export logistics arrangements.

Any delivery date or shipment schedule communicated by Navadhane Group is subject to the agreed commercial terms and factors reasonably affecting sourcing, processing, production, inspection, documentation, transportation, customs clearance and other logistics activities.

For agricultural commodities, ingredients and specialty products, availability, seasonality, raw material conditions, customer specifications and packaging requirements may also influence the confirmed supply schedule.

Specific delivery conditions for an individual customer order shall be governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, agreement or written commercial confirmation.
