Cancellation & Refund

Navadhane Group does not operate standard consumer online checkout or online payment facilities through this website. Therefore, standard consumer e-commerce cancellation and refund procedures do not automatically apply to website enquiries.

Commercial orders, agricultural supply programs, ingredient orders, samples, development projects, customized products, packaging commitments and OEM / ODM activities may involve customer-specific sourcing, material procurement, processing, formulation, development, packaging, production planning and other commitments.

Any cancellation, modification, postponement or refund relating to a confirmed commercial order or project shall be considered in accordance with the applicable quotation, purchase order, supply agreement or other written commercial terms agreed between Navadhane Group and the customer.

Where customer-specific materials, processing, development work, samples, packaging, production or other non-standard activities have already been undertaken or committed, the commercial consequences of cancellation or modification shall be determined according to the applicable agreed terms.

Any approved refund, credit or commercial adjustment will be processed in accordance with the applicable customer agreement and applicable law.

Customers should communicate any cancellation or change request as early as reasonably possible so that the applicable commercial and supply implications can be assessed.
